Magnibar is a narrow vertical toolbar that sits on the right side of your screen. One click drops it into your system tray and a mouse over restores it. You do not need to be connected to the internet to use it, but it does have some powerful and useful internet functions that are hard to find in any other product. And you can pass this page on to any of your friends that might find this utility useful also. They don't even have to be interested in welding--just good software!

Web Alert

When this function is turned on, it will check your website once an hour to see if it is up, down, or changed. You can find what your web hosting companies "up time" really is. Keep up-to-date with sports, stocks, news, blogs, weather or whatever you want. You can even add pages from your favorite social sites to keep up to date with your friends! Simply add your pages to the alert list and find out what's up.

IP Me

When connected to the Internet, MagniBar will tell you what public IP address your ISP assigned you and your email (you can not use the Internet without an IP) AND if that IP address has been blacklisted. It will also find the IP for any domain name, and tell you if THAT IP is blacklisted. With most websites on shared servers, one spam complaint from any domain on that server can get that server IP address blacklisted--a situation that your hosting company will probably forget to tell you about:). You will be amazed at what you can find out.

QuickNotes

Get lots of email? Store your responses inside QuikNotes in a nice, easy to follow tree list (by category and name). Just by clicking on the name of a note item, the contents of that 'note' (which can be in plain text OR rich text!) are AUTOMATICALLY copied to the clipboard, so ALL you have to do is hit 'reply' and 'paste', and your reply to the email is done. QuickNotes can also be used for forums, newsgroups, forms, etc.
