@90mustangkid what do you mean 100co2 runs smoother!?!?! co2 runs like complete shit. Sure you get good penetration but you also get a shitload of spatter, not too mention undercut and extremely convex weld profiles. 85-90% argon with 5% oxygen runs the best for hardwire, especially if you're trying to achieve spray transfer...but of course vertical spray wouldnt be good haha

Yep.... good weld. P.S I thought you would spend a little more time on the thicker part of the metal to get that penetration thats all.
